The Yoga teachings at Tri-Island Yoga have been taught and experienced in the Turks and Caicos since 1997. Over two and a half decades there is nothing like witnessing the transformation that takes place in our students when they experience the Pancha Yoga Method. From better physical health to improved mental and emotional health, the method of Pancha Yoga offers you a unique chance to reconnect with yourself on all levels of mind, body, breath, emotions and sprit. ONLINE ZOOM OFFERINGS
Can't make it to an in-studio class? No Problem. Just sign up for our Online Zoom classes. There is something for everybody at Tri-Island Yoga Studio.

Zoom Classes or Zoom Recordings are not for everyone as some persons need to be in class with the teacher and other students while others are ok with doing a class on line at home and like the flexibility the Zoom Classes and Recordings offer.

All Classes at TRI-ISLAND YOGA are simultaneously live streamed and recorded on Zoom.You can join the live stream OR receive a recording three days per week via email to do on your own time. All recordings have a 3 day shelf life.
The Live Class Zoom Options
Option A allows you to join the live Zoom classes at 7am. three times per week on Mon-Wed-Fri. The 8am class on Tue-Thur-Sat. The 10am Special Sunday Flow Class. You will receive a monthly Zoom Link to the class via email
Zoom  Recordings
Recording of the Tuesday Thursday and Saturday Classes will be sent to you via email on the same day it was recorded. Each recording has a 3 day shelf life so you can align it with your work, travel or home life schedule.
The Joys of Yoga
By making yoga enjoyable and empowering, Tri-Island Yoga offers Retreats that are uniquely designed for a wide variety of skill sets. Our Retreats integrate yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork as part of our holistic technique. You will thank yourself for joining us!

What is Pancha Yoga Method?
Pancha means “Five“ (5) in Sanskrit. The Pancha Yoga Method is based on my 45 plus years of Yoga and discovering how to integrate the concepts and principles of lists Five‘s found throughout Hatha Yoga, Yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and Thai Yoga.

Along with focused, conscious breathing (pranayama) and mindfulness, these concepts and principles are all worked into a typical Pancha Yoga class so that the focus is less on the outward aesthetic display or performance of postures and more on the true inner intention of the postures and the effect on the vital organs, all the body systems and the mind to bring about a higher state of consciousness and wellness. In Pancha Yoga we recognize that our yoga experience happens within, under the skin, on the interior of our physical bodies while helping to still the active and reactive mind.

The Pancha Yoga Method views the body as a five petal flower (arms, legs and spine) The spine (the 5th petal) can only move in 5 natural directions, Pancha Yoga Method is based on the concept that all yoga postures have only 5 spinal roots. How we use the arms and legs (the other 4 petals) in conjunction with these 5 spinal shapes, give rise to the hundreds of possible yoga postures (Asanas) or flowers. What is unique to each of us is our individual spinal range of motion and our bodies flexibility, mobility, agility, stability and strength.

Pancha Yoga empowers and allows you the freedom within a simple framework to discover your individual range of motion to use your body to get into the postures then use the postures to get deeper into the body and mind on your own terms.
